About Us

DESTIHL Brewery and Beer Hall is a production brewery and premier gastropub serving Normal and surrounding areas since 2017. We feature 30 taps, an exclusive menu of bold-flavored, American-inspired pub fare that pairs well with our Beer Hall-exclusive beers, pilot draft releases, craft hard seltzers, hard ciders and house-made wines. We offer private brewery tours, outdoor seating, self-service kiosks and much more. Our Barrel Room is the perfect event space for your next private event

The food is outstanding. Cool beer hall and great outdoor area when the weather is good. There are some self service or non standard restaurant order aspects. So know that going in. It's actually easier in my opinion. Try the brown butter boneless wings and the hummus. Sooo good I've been 5x in the last month with family and friends.

Destihl is a frequent of our’s the menu remains pretty consistent with some awesome specials that rotate through. There’s a lot of depth and creativity that has gone into their offerings. There’s certainly something for everyone. The safe will find comfort in something familiar. The adventurous will find no shortage of new possibilities. Explosions of flavor at every turn, for everyone. Great atmosphere, awesome waiting staff. Toast rewards participant.
